Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

Orders are for personal use only, not for resale.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or a person nominated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
If you arrange your own courier not offered by us, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

Ownership of the goods passes only after full payment is received.

MODHIDES is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with MODHIDES. Shopify is not responsible for sales or products purchased.
