Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for returning the item using any courier partner of their choice. 
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or the wrong product was received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

UK Cooling-Off Period (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without having to provide a justification.

Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been used beyond this, we may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value.

This statutory right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, but it does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that are made to order or personalised (including monogrammed or custom-designed products) are non-returnable and non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a personalised item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
