MODHIDES (Modhides Company Ltd) is committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are dispatched via independent third-party courier services.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, festive seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. SHIPPING METHOD

  • All deliveries are handled by independent courier partners.

  • The courier used depends on your delivery address and service availability.

  • We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier for each shipment.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Estimated delivery within the UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

    • Courier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays

    • Operational disruptions

MODHIDES is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force-majeure events.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website. Please note that even if an order qualifies for free shipping, additional charges may apply for remote locations where our courier partners cannot deliver. If the extra fee cannot be paid or delivery is not possible, the order may be cancelled.

  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • MODHIDES is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


6. RISK & OWNERSHIP

  • Risk in the goods passes to you only when you (or a person nominated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

  • If you arrange your own courier not offered by us, risk passes when the goods are handed to that courier.

  • Ownership of the goods passes only after full payment is received.


7. LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Significantly delayed

Please contact us immediately at info@modhides.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Any courier communication received

We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, in accordance with your statutory rights.


8. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Re-delivery will require payment of additional shipping costs
