Customise one of our existing designs or share your own idea with us. You can also discuss different sizes, colours, leather types and other details depending on the design.

With or Without Branding
Orders can be made with or without branding. Where suitable, we can add your logo through embossing or printing. Branding requirements can be discussed when you make your enquiry.

Quantity & Customization
For customized orders, the quantity may vary depending on the leather, colour, design and level of customization involved.

Some designs may also require additional preparation or setup before production. If this applies to your order, we’ll explain any additional costs before you decide to proceed.

Before we begin
Once we understand your requirements, we’ll discuss the design, quantity, leather, branding, pricing and estimated production time with you before anything goes into production.

Shipping, duties and customs charges, where applicable, will be discussed separately based on the order and delivery location.

2. Discuss the Details
We’ll discuss the product’s practicality and requirements, including dimensions, leather, colours, quantity, branding or no branding, and any other customisations. We’ll also provide the making cost, delivery charges and best available pricing based on your requirements.

3. Confirm the Design & Pricing
Once the design, specifications and pricing are agreed, we finalise everything before production begins.

4. Production
Our artisans make your products with careful attention to construction, stitching and finishing.

5. Quality Check
Each piece is checked throughout production, with a final quality check before it leaves.

6. Delivery
Once your order is ready, we arrange delivery according to the agreed requirements.
